Safety and function are important in your home.  Due to space constraints, our Ellsworth and Glenwood locations do not stock Durable Medical Equipment.  For these types of products, please try our Baldwin location.  They can help you with whatever you need!

The Village Pharmacy Baldwin is a DMEPOS Medicare Accredited facility.  Which means we have passed several tests to be able to effectively bill Medicare for several types of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) for your home medical needs.  
We believe that the ability for our customers to be in their homes if they would like is extremely important so we stock as much safety equipment as we can.  Some examples are raised toilet seats, shower chairs, grab bars, canes, walkers, rollators and wheelchairs.
 
We also sell the lift chairs by Pride and Medela Breast Pumps for our new moms.  In addition to safety equipment, we stock athletic braces and compression stockings.
 
If you are not in the market to purchase any DME but just need to rent some for a while we can help with that, too!  Our store rents out wheelchairs and knee scooters.  We take a $150 deposit (Check or CC# that we hold and don’t charge).  Charges per month may vary, please contact the store for details.  In some cases, we MAY be able to bill your insurance. But most insurance companies do not pay for knee scooter rentals.

For all DME prescription purchases being billed to your insurance (walkers, canes, breast pumps, etc), we will need copies of your MEDICAL insurance card, (not prescription card).  Insurance companies that we can bill are Medicare, Wisconsin Badger Care, Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Group Health, Humana, Medica, and United Healthcare.  We do not have a contract with Health Partners, Tricare or Secure Health Plan.

Please bring that form and your insurance cards with your prescription to the pharmacy to pick up your DME.
